1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided
We offer personalized matchmaking recommendations.
No guarantees are provided for successful matches or marriages.

3. Home Visit Permission
To protect our users from scammers or fake profiles, it is manadatory for all user to allow for one or more visit of our staff to user home or office for verification purpose. For the same our support staff will inform the user perior to visit.

4. User Responsibilities
You confirm all provided information is accurate.
You must not:
Engage in or promote underage marriages (violating the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006).
Participate in dowry exchanges (prohibited under the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961).
Misbehave with staff; such actions will result in immediate profile deletion without refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for disputes, marital issues, or legal cases arising pre/post-marriage.
Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on our recommendations.

6. Jurisdiction
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jind District Court, Haryana, India.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
