Payment Policy for Sanjog International Marriage Bureau
Effective Date: March 1, 2025


1. Fee Structure
Registration:
100% free for all users, irrespective of caste, religion, or background.

Service Fees:
Home visit fee : User need to pay Rs: 1300/- required before our staff conducts a home verification visit with distance of 100 KM from our office. For distance more than 100 KM our staff person will inform you about the charges before visit. Same rule will be applicable for family meets ups before marrige.
Marriage Fee: A sum of Rs: 9100/- for Mutual Exchange Marriages and Rs: 21000/- for Direct Marriage is payable before marriage finalization or at the time of negotiation between parties. This includes marriage registration charge also. Note that All parties must have to come government offices by thier own vehicles.

2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued:
After the home verification visit.
After the family meets up.
Exceptions: Misbehavior with staff (as per Terms) voids refund eligibility.

3. Payment Methods
Details of accepted payment modes (e.g., bank transfer, UPI) will be shared during onboarding. For any money fraud either user bank or payment portal will be responsible. We don't entertain any such case.

4. Disputes
All payment-related disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Jind District Court, Haryana.

5. Modifications
We may update this Payment Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Note:
All services fees are valid only for a tanure of 1 Year from the date of first home verification visit by our staff. After that user have to pay the fee again.
